Do you read every food label? My grandmother instilled this skill in me when I was just a young child. She always wanted to see the ingredients. Now, I am teaching my girls to read all food labels. It is really disturbing the ingredients that companies are putting into foods that are entering our bodies. This is the reason why so many diseases are creeping into our lives unfortunately.
I am so thankful for Kidfresh’s founder, Matt Cohen. He knew that we needed more options for all-natural kids’ meals. In order for kids to eat said meals, he knew that they needed to taste delicious. Matt, a top chef and a pediatric nutritionist collaborated in a real kitchen and came up with Kidfresh: a twist on children’s favorites made with real vegetables, grains, and proteins.
The meals are packed with veggies and includes no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. We put the meals to a taste test.
M and L are not huge vegetable lovers. So, M shares she loves that the meals taste so good without even tasting the vegetables. Her favorite meal was the spaghetti and meatballs. L’s favorite meal was the mac and cheese. Both girls said that they would love to eat one of these meals each day. This is music to a busy mom’s life. Of course, I would not feed them one every single day, but it is nice to know that they girls wouldn’t mind if it came down to that during a very busy time. Also, I have no guilt since the meals are filled with great ingredients.
Kidfesh takes their company to another awesome level by providing meals to needy children. Kidfresh is a proud sponsor of Save the Children and has donated meals to City Harvest, a New York-based non-profit which helps to feed families in need. Big KUDOS!

Well, my kids won’t even touch macaroni and cheese, so not that one. Weirdoes. I guess they’d like the ravioli.
