One big resolution at the first of this year was to remove HFCS products from our house. No products will come into our house now without a complete analysis of the ingredients and nutrition label. It is a personal preference but one that I am feeling so much better about. I want my girls to be healthy and have healthy teeth.
Juice can be a big problem. There are so many juices that claim to be all-natural but when you read the ingredients, HFCS is right at the top. Introducing the Nestle Juicy Juice Fruitifuls.

– 35% less sugar than regular fruit juices
– All-natural ingredients: No added sugar, sweeteners, preservatives or artificial flavors
– Hydrating: A naturally refreshing blend of fruit juice and fresh water to help hydrate active kids
This makes for a happy mommy. Juicy Juice has a fruit promise as well: Every box of Juicy Juice Fruitifuls provides one serving (1/2 cup) from the Fruit Group (source: USDA). The girls are loving the juice. It is a great taste and I have been putting one in their lunchbox daily. We even gave out the juice boxes at L’s recent birthday. Every child at the party asked for a second one. I think that speaks for itself.
There are four fun refreshing flavors: Apple Quench, Punch Splash, Berry Cherry Burst and Orange Strawbana Blast.
L prefers the apple quench and the punch splash. M prefers the Punch Spash and the Orange Strawbana Bast. Even though they have their preferences, they will drink any of the flavors. I have been keeping them stocked in the fridge and the girls will go straight to the fridge to grab a juice box as soon as we get home from school. I do not feel one ounce of guilt letting them drink the juice boxes.
Another positive since I am PTO President at my girls’ school is each package of Juicy Juice, comes with a box top. On each case so far, there has been a bonus box top. I love when companies want to give back to our schools and children’s future.
