You know this weekend, I was bummed to find out that the insurance we had applied for did not approve to pay for my surgery. I let out a big cry and then figured I would go take a long walk in the 20 degree weather in the snow to relieve some stress.
Something hit me hard, like someone was trying to punch me in my back or something. I will call it a wake up call that immediately turned my thoughts around on this hospital bill.
I need to be thankful for this bill. Since I have this bill, it means I am no longer in pain suffering and can finally eat different foods again. I do not have to hurry and run to the nearest bathroom when I eat something, I do not have to crawl under the covers in pain from my side and back hurting, and I do not have to just eatย a handful of selections of food. For this, I am thankful that I have this huge hospital bill.
By the end of my walk, I realized there are so many times in my life that I look at the negative when something happened. This wake up call led me to remember to look at all in a positive outlook and be creative in my mind of how I can turn it around to be positive.
So with that being said… thank you medical center for sending this doctor bill to me because it reminds me of the successful surgery I had ๐
