I received the below infographic in my email this afternoon from Disney World. It took me back when we first took the girls to Disney World. Of course, I was stressing about what rides they could and couldn’t ride. This infographic will put the stress aside and have you prepared for your next trip to Magic Kingdom!

New Aerial Adventure Park Opens in Blowing Rock, NC #VisitNC
Does your family love adventure? If so, you will want to travel to western North Carolina and enjoy the mountain air while visiting the all-new High Gravity Adventures.
The High Gravity Adventures is celebrating this Saturday, April 11th with an official Grand Opening event combining aerial adventure, food, music, giveaways, and more. What exactly is this adventure?
This is an aerial adventure park specializing in unique and active outdoor recreation activities for ages 5 and up. Each guest can explore and climb through 75 different aerial elements requiring various levels of physical and mental stamina at heights that range from 15 to 50 feet.
You will have the freedom to climb your way through the maze of cargo nets, aerial bridges, tight-rope walks, swinging foot loops, floating platforms, spiders’ webs, and many more unique challenges. Aerial parks are playgrounds set in the air. These elements offer physical and mental challenges for any skill levels. The combination of physically climbing and balancing on different elements while the ground gets farther away from you is a challenging environment to say the least.
Our professional aerial staff will be stationed around the course to ensure everyone is climbing around. Whether you are a seasoned adventurer or in need an introduction to the vertical world, we’re sure that High Gravity Adventures can give you what you want.
You can take a weekend trip with your family to enjoy the aerial park and Tweetsie Railroad. This weekend is opening weekend for this fun-filled family amusement park.
Must Visit the 22nd Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival #DisneySide
It is time for the annual Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival.
The last time we visited was in 2012. Take a few minutes of your time to watch this short video I put together of our visit in 2012. You will forget all about the ice, snow and frigid temperatures outside.
NEW Disney Character Topiaries – Disney’s first Anna and Elsa topiaries will appear in a garden vignette as the icy “Frozen” world transforms to a brilliant spring palette. Chip and Dale are taking a star turn in two whimsical Epcot front-entrance “Goofy About Spring” floral vignettes. Topiary Goofy, Daisy and Pluto will be in on the fun as well.
11 Outdoor Kitchens featuring fresh new menu items – The new Botanas Botánico Outdoor Kitchen between France and Morocco pavilions will showcase treats like Cachapas with Farmer’s Cheese, a sweet yellow corn pancake, and Seafood Ceviche with shrimp, scallops and grouper with mango and avocado. For a refreshing drink, sip the new La Tizana, a non-alcoholic punch finished with fresh fruit that can become an adult beverage with a splash of Santa Teresa RHUM Orange Liqueur. The whole family will love tasting garden- and spring-inspired tapas-sized food and beverages, as well as seeing how the ingredients are grown.
Ten new gardens – Discover a new healing-and-health garden, a pepper garden, a dinosaur-plant garden and a Shakespeare garden, among others, each designed with a storytelling element.
The Garden Rocks Concert Series – Crowds will be rockin’ every Friday, Saturday and Sunday on the park’s America Gardens Theatre stage. Little River Band, Pablo Cruise, Gin Blossoms and Village People join the lineup of top bands representing four decades of pop music.
Special Weekend Festivities- Plan your visit around weekend special events for extra magic and surprises:
March 13-17 – Spring into Spring Weekend with a nod to St. Patrick’s Day
March 27-29 – Art in the Garden Weekend with outdoor art displays
April 17-22 – Earth Day Weekend with nature activities for kids and families, Disney’s Animal Kingdom specialists, and a sand-sculpture creation to showcase Disneynature’s soon-to-be released “Monkey Kingdom” film
April 24-26 – Florida Fresh Weekend featuring a bounty of edibles and other plants that thrive in Florida.
Children’s Play Areas – Children can clamber around play gardens featuring state-of-the-art climbing equipment and hands-on activities in Mike & Sulley’s Monstrous Garden and Cactus Road Rally Garden with Mater and Lightning McQueen topiaries.

FROZEN Will Be Aboard Disney Cruise Ships This Summer!
Big news for FROZEN fans! I just have to say that I cannot wait for another FROZEN movie. This was one of my all-time favorite Disney movies. As we wait for the next movie, we can all enjoy our FROZEN pals on a Disney Cruise.
Highlights include a spectacular deck party, a new production number in “Disney Dreams,” new character meet and greets, storybook adventures ashore and another way to cool down on Castaway Cay. I’ll share some details on these exciting offerings today, and over the next several weeks, tell you more about what you can expect in summer.
A Day of Frozen Fun, Including New Deck Party
Debuting this summer, on select Disney Magic and Disney Wonder sailings to Europe and Alaska, Disney Cruise Line guests are transported to the land of “Frozen” when the ship is transformed into a winter wonderland and a day of frozen fun culminates with an extravagant celebration with friends from the Kingdom of Arendelle. The deck party, “Freezing the Night Away with Anna, Elsa and Friends,” is a family-friendly interactive celebration featuring the famous royal sisters and their fun-loving Nordic companions.
New Production Number in “Disney Dreams”
Our friends from “Frozen” are making their stage show debut at sea in the Walt Disney Theatre aboard the Disney Magic. In our original production, “Disney Dreams … An Enchanted Classic,” Anna, Elsa and Olaf join the line up of beloved Disney characters who together teach a young girl the power of her dreams. Brand-new scenes featuring “Frozen” characters include renditions of three popular songs: “Let it Go,” “For the First Time in Forever” and “In Summer.”
Magical Meet and Greets
In addition to warm hugs, Olaf will be giving autographs and taking photographs with children and families while he is cruising with us. He is joining Anna and Elsa on the Disney Fantasy, Disney Dream, Disney Wonder and Disney Magic for some fun in the sun!
Adventures Ashore in Norway
This summer in Norway, the land that inspired Arendelle from “Frozen,” Disney Magic cruisers will have the opportunity to join exciting new Port Adventures that bring this fairytale setting to life. One signature adventure ashore in Ålesund, Norway, created exclusively for Disney Cruise Line, will immerse guests in the splendor and charm of Norway, with the help of Anna and Elsa, in an enchanting storybook village.
Olaf’s Summertime Freeze on Castaway Cay
We’re cooling down Castaway Cay with the addition of Olaf’s Summertime Freeze bar! Serving non-alcoholic specialty frozen drinks in souvenir cups, the creative menu features refreshing beverages such as “Olaf’s Flurry Freeze,” “Sven’s Carrot Delight” and “Warm Hugs.” Olaf’s Summertime Freeze will be near the Pelican Point tram stop by Castaway Cay Family Beach.
With this news, I am ready to go on a cruise right now! What about you?
