School is about to start here in our neck of the woods. Both of my girls are going to school this year and I am mixed with all kinds of emotions. To help my youngest with this whole new school routine, we were sent the book I’m Your Bus by Marilyn Singer.
L my youngest was very intrigued with the illustration in the book. The book gets you ready for a rip-roaring, rhyming ride that celebrates all things drivin’ with a special spotlight on a kid’s four-wheeled best buddy–his school bus! When you’re a kid, your school bus can be your very best friend. Morning, noon, and nighttime, too, that golden buddy is at your service. Ready to drive you and your friends to and from school!
I definitely recommend it for the 4 to 7 age group of children just entering into the all new elementary school world. I have two excerpts from the book so you can see for yourself too 🙂

I would use the book for my 5 year old who is going to K this fall, and riding the bus for the first time.
I would use the GC to Gymboree (my fav store) to get both my girls something cute to wear to school. If I play my cards right, I’ll but 2 outfits on sale and hopefully get some Gymbucks to buy some soft cotton PJs for cold fall nights. 🙂
This would be a great book for Chandler as he gets older and I can always use the clothes for the boys!

I love Gymboree-and who couldn’t use more clothes? My twins start 1st grade and need some non-stained outfits for sure. And we read tons. This cute book looks like just right to practice their reading skills.
Gymboree is an awesome store! I have five kids so you can NEVER have enough clothes! And the book is great for my sons!
