As you know, I revealed last week around this time that I was a finalist in the Pillsbury Crescent Wow Contest! My friends and family began sending me tweets and facebook messages congratulating me. Also, they were so excited to try the easy recipe. This is the thing friends, I love to cook, as everyone pretty much knows that, but I love to keep my recipes easy. As moms, we do not have a lot of time in the kitchen. That doesn’t mean the delicious factor has to go out the window just because you don’t have enough hours in the day to cook this huge gourmet meal. My chicken pot pie is so easy to make and so delicious that it will leave you grabbing for the spoon once again for more.
