This question crosses my mind quite frequently. At the beginning of the New Year, I started reading a daily devotion in my Women of Faith bible. It really has resonated with me already, even though I am only on Day 9. I always knew of course, as a mom, I have a purpose in this life. As a wife, I have a purpose in this life. As a daughter, I have a purpose in this life. As a sister, I have a purpose in this life. I could continue on down the line through the family tree. What is my purpose outside of the family tree though?
The verses instill that God has a plan for each and everyone of us, which ultimately spells out our purpose. I was sitting in my vehicle today driving to campus, when I just began a conversation with God. God my purpose is to show my faith to others right? You want us all to do that anyways right? Yes, Jen that is correct. Why hide your faith when you feel so much joy through your faith? I openly speak about my faith on Facebook and Twitter, more so on Facebook. I even got a message last week from a friend asking where I attend church because I am always talking so highly of my church. This spoke volumes to me. I realized I do not share my faith openly here on my blog. I want to begin writing about my faith and how my faith gets me through each day with the ever so changing life journey.
Of course, this doesn’t mean I will write 10 posts a day about my faith. But in this New Year, I do want to take the time and share about my faith. I found this verse this morning before heading to my first day back at campus for the Spring Semester.
“I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you.” Psalm 32:8
I am so glad that I have a guide as I believe I would be tumbling all over the building blocks of life. Enjoy your day friends!

Love you! Your faith shines through in everything you do. I don’t think I’d worry about us not getting the message. We see it! I look forward to hearing more! <3
